Johnny Depp by Annie Leibovitz

Johnny Depp, New York City, 1994

Some people are photogenic. You see it when you are setting up a portrait with a stand-in. You're having a miserable time and nothing looks right and then the subject walks in and everything is transformed. Nicole Kidman, for one, takes over. There's not a bad way to photograph her. Cate Blanchett is another one. She's always interesting. And Susan Sarandon. Catherine Deneuve. She just becomes Catherine Deneuve. Johnny Depp also has it. (Annie Leibovitz at Work)

Notice also how his belt buckle is drawn to one side. Didn't know anybody did that in 1994.

Magical world of Marie Antoinette

Therefore I didn't find nothing interesting to publish today, I decided to present some old shoots. I think that most of you've seen a film 'Marie Antoinette' with Kirsten Dunst. Well, I definitely saw much better historical films than this one, but the main part in this film obviously plays costumes. And I find them marvellous and stunnig. So take a look at this shoots, aren't this dresses just perfect?!
